  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! We used Galveston Flyer shuttle service to get between Houston and Galveston before and after our cruise. First, our flight changed times so we contacted Philip (owner) and informed him of our flight change. He updated the pick-up time without hesitation. Once we arrived to Houston, he showed up right on time. Philip is very professional and courteous. He met us with a smile and talked to us about the area. He also gave us recommendation on some delicious places to eat. The shuttle is clearly marked with the Galveston Flyer information, which is not always the case as per some of the other company shuttles. The inside of the shuttle is clean and in good condition. Since we arrived 2 days prior to our cruise, he dropped us off at the front door of the hotel in Galveston. Upon our return from the cruise, there had been bad weather and our ship was delayed coming back into port. Philip called my husband upon his arrival to the port to let us know he was there. At that time we had to inform him of our delay. He waited for over an hour due to the delay at the cruise port. When we let him know that we weren't flying out till the next day, but were staying at the hotel attached to the airport, he dropped us at the front door of the hotel vs at the airport. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to go with the Galveston Flyer for our shuttle service. If we ever return to the area we will use this company again!
